MI Pods - Coaching by experts via webcams or telephone conference calls. The freqency or total numbers are arranged with you. Assignment ratio is 3:1 (3 staff to 1 coach)

20 Web Courses and 20 Companion Booklets for staff that allow small skill-building groups
