** CENTER UPDATE**

Our Center has added training Associates who are members of the MINT organization (Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers) that have extensive experience directly in the following areas. Our training staff of MINT members have served / or are currently employed in the fields of:

  • Probation & Parole
Policing - Law Enforcement
Correctional Facilities
Juvenile Justice
Child Welfare - Abuse & Neglect Divisions
Substance Abuse - court mandated
Mental Health
            Co-Occurring Disorders

  • Our Center now boasts one of the largest faculty in the United States of MINT trainers who deal directly with challenging populations. While there are many good Motivational Interviewing trainers, membership in the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) is the only status accorded to training professionals. It is acknowledged by the MINT organization and can only granted through direct train-the-trainer work with the model originators Dr. WIlliam R. Miller & Dr. Steve Rollnick. The CSBS has moved to specialize in matching MINT trainers to the type of clients your agency/department serves.

  •

  • Contact us to match a trainer who has direct practice experience working with your client populations.

  •

  • Forward inquiries to our Center to (1)  look for a helpful match between our training Associates (MINT members) and the work being done with your client population and (2) possible schedule - training dates for this upcoming year 2009.
